You must be at least 18 years old to use Visitorwon. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Visitorwon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for managing feature requests and feedback within your organization or for your clients.
You may not: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code; (b) use the service for illegal purposes; (c) transmit harmful code or malware; (d) interfere with other users' access; (e) scrape or data mine without authorization.
All content submitted through Visitorwon must comply with applicable laws and not infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access until that date.
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.
Visitorwon and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to Visitorwon. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about Visitorwon may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
Visitorwon is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of Visitorwon shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process in your settings or by contacting our support team.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that we believe harms our service or users.
Upon termination, your right to use Visitorwon ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Visitorwon is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Visitorwon after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
